How we pick tools
Every tool here has to do at least one job a trade business actually pays for: quoting, scheduling, invoicing, customer communication, site documentation, marketing or bookkeeping. We do not list tools that are AI in name only, and we say plainly when a tool's value is traditional software rather than AI.
Where a tool has a free tier we say so. Prices change often — treat the figures as an indication and confirm on the vendor's own site before you buy.
